  • How will you store my product?

    The products will be stored according to its category:
    ● The products below 1kg will be stored in Molded BINS.
    ● The products between 1-5kg will be stored in Slotted Angle Racks.
    ● The products between 5-10kg will be stored in Heavy Duty Racks.
    ● The product above 10kg will be stored on PALLETS.

  • Will the company pay back to me for any product damage due to mishandling in the warehouse?

    Yes, we will pay you back for any product damage due to mishandling by us in the warehouse. If due to packaging/product life, then the seller will be liable.

  • How are claims of return damaged goods to be settled?

    If a product is not accepted by the customer, then the Return To Origin (RTO) process will be initiated. Once the goods are received at the WH a Quality check will be done. If a product passes the quality check it will be added to the inventory. If a product fails quality check, then on a real time basis the seller will be notified and his representative can come and escalate the issue to its E-Commerce Partner for claiming the amount.

  • How can I monitor my inventory levels in your warehouse?

    We will share a MIS Report on a daily basis. Also through the reports generated from Seller Portal & Seller Panel.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term agreement?

    No, you don’t need to sign a long-term agreement
